is a profession of educating people about health and well-being. It involves
providing information, resources, and skills to individuals and communities in order
to improve their health by promoting healthy behaviors and lifestyles.In such a way
that the recipient is motivated to use that information for the protection or
advancement of his/her own family or community health.

Hygiene
The conditions and practices that help to maintain health and prevent the spread of
diseases.

Sanitation
The process of keeping places free from dirt, infection, disease, etc., by removing

Public Health
refers to the science and practice of protecting and improving the health of people
and their communities. It is achieved by promoting healthy lifestyles, researching
disease and injury prevention, and detecting, preventing, and responding to
infectious diseases.
School Health

refers to the variety of services and programs offered in schools to improve the
health and well-being of students. These services are designed to promote students'
physical, emotional, and social development.
