E.O.T CRANES -SINGLE GIRDER & DOUBLE GIRDER

Electric Overhead Traveling Cranes are designed with adequate safety factors, in accordance to duty classification as per IS-3177 & IS-4137. The structural
parts of the cranes are designed and manufactured as per IS-807. Cranes are classified in different types mainly Single Girder Cranes or Double Girder Cranes.

Electric overhead traveling crane or EOT crane is one of the most common types of overhead crane, also called bridge cranes, which consist of parallel
runways with a traveling bridge spanning the gap. EOT cranes are normally powered by electricity.

EOT cranes are extensively used in warehouses and industry. An EOT crane is able to carry heavy objects to anywhere needed on the factory floor, and can
also be used for lifting.

‘Hitech’ cranes are designed for various class of duties:-

CLASS - I (M-3)
CLASS - II (M-5)
CLASS - III (M-7)
CLASS - IV (M-8)
There are three working movements of EOT Crane - crane hook up and down lifting, trolley lateral movement and crane long travelling longitudinal motion.
The motor exhibits a driving force of the hoisting mechanism. This transmits the power to high-speed shaft end. The ring gear transmits the driving force and
then with the help of pulleys and wire ropes the crane hook is driven up and down. Similarly, the half gear coupling, its joint and compensation shaft will help
in rotating trolley wheels.

'HITECH cranes are designed as per IS:807, 3938, 3177, 4137.

The Single Girder Eot crane consists of a single bridge girder supported on two end trucks. It has a trolley hoist mechanism that runs on the bottom flange of
the bridge girder. Single Girder Cranes are the ones that are used in work units where materials required either shifting or lifting.

The Double Girder Eot crane consists of a double bridge girder supported on two end trucks. It has a trolley crab mechanism that runs on the bridge girder.
Double Girder Cranes are the ones that are used in work units where heavy materials required either shifting or lifting.
‘Hitech' cranes are designed for various class of duties:-
CLASS - I (M-3) : LIGHT DUTY Cranes for maintenance, warehouse and assembly operations.
CLASS - II (M-5) : MEDIUM DUTY Cranes for general engineering application and Machine shop
CLASS - III (M-7) : HEAVY DUTY Cranes for Heavy machine shops, paper mills, Fabrication shop, etc.
CLASS - IV (M-8) : EXTRA HEAVY DUTY Cranes for continuous operation in Steel mills.

GANTRY CRANES- SINGLE GIRDER & DOUBLE GIRDER

A gantry crane is a type of overhead crane with a single or double girder configuration supported by freestanding legs that move on wheels or along a track or
rail system. Gantry cranes are usually considered when there is a reason not to incorporate an overhead runway system.

These are typically used for an outdoor application or below an existing overhead bridge crane system. Unlike a bridge crane, a gantry crane does not need to
be tied into a building’s support structure—eliminating the need for permanent runway beams and support columns. In some cases, this can result in a
significant reduction in material costs and can be a more cost-effective solution compared to a similarly specified bridge crane.

Larger gantry systems may run on a rail or track embedded in the ground, typically in a straight line in a dedicated work area. Smaller portable gantry systems
run on castors or wheels and can be moved about a facility for maintenance or light fabrication work.
Goliath cranes, also known as Gantry or Portal cranes are free standing factory cranes that run on fixed rails on floor. HITECH goliath cranes are available in
single girder and double girder designs. We also manufacture semi-goliath design, where one end of the crane is overhead gantry supported and one end is
floor mounted.

JIB CRANES- PILLER MOUNTED & WALL MOUNTED

HITECH Jib Cranes is available with both an independent pillar mounted design as well as existing building column mounted design. Perfectly suited for
individual work stations or assembly areas, our jib cranes are available up to 5 TON capacity, a range of cross travel movement and rotation up to 360°. With
both manual and electric slewing options, our Jib Cranes are made to handle a range of lifting jobs.
ELECTRIC WIRE ROPE HOSIT:-

HITECH Electric wire rope hoists are designed in modular constructions which greatly simplifies repairs & cuts downtime. The special features are low
headroom, Helical gears running on antifriction ball bearings with lubrication, motors confirming to IS 325, "fall to safe" brakes which automatically operate
in case of any power failure, tested wire rope confirming to IS 2266, forged hooks conforming to IS 3815 and push button stations operating at step down
voltage of 110 V, 42 V or 24 V.

HITECH Hoists are designed in accordance with IS 3938.

HITECH hoists are compact, rugged & elegant in appearance to accommodate specific requirements, Our hoists can also be built with micro speed
arrangements (10% of normal hoisting speed),flexible trolleys to negotiate s mall radius, high speeds & high lifts, hoists suitable for steel mill duty, foundries
& chemicals plants.

MOTORISED TRANSFER TROLLEY :-

We are Manufacturer, Supplier of Motorized Material Transfer Wagon / Trolley.

Motorized Material Transfer Wagon/ Trolley is meant for transferring material from one bay (shop) to another. Wagon / Trolley moves on Indian standard rail
section grouted in ground. Material Transfer Wagons / Trolleys are manufactured with load carrying capacities from 5MT to 500 MT capacities as per
customer's requirement.

neon lamp for incoming supply.

GEAR BOX:
