recovery plan.

CFBC Boiler. Operation and Maintenance of Ash plant and Coal Handling Plant.
 Plant performance calculation like Boiler efficiency and Turbine Heat Rate calculation.
 Emergency Operation like Hot start up, Total Power Failure and Load through up operation.

Achievement:
 Co-ordinated Annual Shutdown of Unit#3 TATA Power It involves overhauling of both the modules
(Turbine & Boiler) and its Auxiliaries.
 Active Member of Stabilization of 400 TPH PF Boiler along with its Pulverizer and rotary parts,
steam Turbine by preparing the revised interlocks and permissive list, Check List for Boiler Turbine
start up, SOP for Auxiliaries equipment’s, successfully conducted Boiler light up and Turbine
Rolling.
 Involved in Commissioning activities like Tightness Test, alkali Boil out, steam Blowing, Acid
cleaning, oil flushing for 120MW Unit.
 Successfully conducted the on line Condenser Cleaning and flood Test, Helium test for Vacuum
improvement of Turbine.
 Successfully handled the emergency situation such as ID Fan tripping, FD Fan tripping, sudden Mill
tripping, Islanding due to Grid Fluctuation, sudden Turbine or Boiler tripping etc.

Qualification:
 Post Graduate Diploma in power engineering O & M, from University of Petroleum and
energy studies, Dehradun in 2006 with 86.00% Sponsored by Wartsila India Ltd.
 B.E. Mechanical Engg. From RGPV Bhopal with 68.00% in 2004.

Academic Qualification
 High School from M.P. Board, Bhopal with 75.00% in 1996.
 Higher Secondary from M.P. Board, Bhopal with 61.00% in 1998.
