GENERAL INTRODUCTION

Our Managing Director Shri. V. Subburayal who is well-known

expert in the field of power industry with 45 years of field experience have
started our rewinding works in 1960’s to cater the needs of electrical
machine maintenance of the industries around Pondicherry and South Arcot
District of Tamil Nadu. We have gradually grown-up in our stature as High
Voltage machine rewinders and now established ourselves as the only
contractor in South India who can handle rewinding works of Hydro / Turbo
Generators of 100 & 200 MW ratings.

We are providing our services to the following industrial sectors such

as Hydro Power Stations, Thermal Power Stations, Atomic Power Stations,
Heavy Water Plants, Coal, Lignite & Iron Ore Mines, Fertilizer Plants,
Chemical Plants, Petro-chemical Industries, Pharmaceutical Industries,
Sugar Industries, Steel Industries, Cement Industries, Refineries, Paper
Industries, Co-generation Plants, Off-shore and On-shore Oil Rigs, Gas
Plants etc., many more to say.

After an extensive Research & Development in Biomass Gasifier

Technology, Recently we have tied-up with the Government of India
undertaking and leading Research & Education Institute, Indian
Institute of Science, Bangalore for the Technological back-up for design,
fabrication & manufacturing of Biomass Gasifier’s for Power
Generation and Thermal Applications. We manufacture custom
designed Biomass Gasifiers to meet the specific requirement of the
customer ranging from 5 kWe to 1000 kWe.

Apart from the above, we do undertake Renovation & Modernisation,

Redesigning, Uprating, Erection, Commissioning & Execution of Hydro /
Turbo Power Project, Conversion, Manufacturing and RLA & LE studies &
Onsite Testing of all electrical machines. We have a complete in-house
facility to undertake rewinding and coil manufacturing works of Generators
of any ratings even up to 210 MW and above.

We have a good infrastructure with a build up shop floor area of

15,000 sq.ft and handling facility up to 30 tones. Also we have complete air-
conditioned well-equipped testing laboratory with all the advanced testing
equipments along with some specially developed equipments in our own R
& D. We have a well-equipped machine shop to take-up any size of
fabrication.
