2 Convocation registration procedure (please read carefully)

a. Students having completed all requirements of their respective degrees by Fall-2022 (31st
December 2022) or before and not yet applied for registration are advised to submit Online
Registration by 29 September 2023. Please note that no application will be entertained after this
deadline.
b. Type your student Id and Press the Button Load Data.
c. Type your 11 digits mobile number along with the following information:
(I) TK. 7000/- for Single Degree.
(II) TK. 10,000/- for Dual Degree.
(III) Guest fee, if any (TK. 2000/- per guest, max. two guests allowed).
d. Check your basic information. For any correction please physically meet the Help Desk,
Convocation Secretariat immediately.
e. For [Bachelor Degree] upload your SSC or Equv. and HSC or Equv. certificate (All image must be
less than 1 MB and JPEG format).
f. For [Master Degree] upload your SSC or Equv. and HSC or Equv. certificate along with Bachelor
degree certificate (All image must be less than 1 MB and JPEG format).
g. Upload your recent passport size color photograph (All image must be less than 1 MB and JPEG
format).
h. Pay the bills using NOGOD app (process: bill pay- biller number- 1402: University of South Asia-
insert student id and pay) or Bkash app (education fee- University-University of South Asia- enter
student id and pay) by the due date (click payment option, More details in Billing Statement).
i. Press the button Register and then print Convocation Bill and Guest Bill.
j. After your payment, Convocation Secretariat Office will scrutinize your application and
communicate to you in case of any problem.
k. Original Provisional Certificate (not photocopy) must be submitted at the time of receiving the
Original Certificates. Otherwise, the Original Certificate will not be handed over. Original certificate
will be provided after the convocation, registered graduates will get SMS notification.
l. The registered graduates are required to produce the payment slip at the time of receiving the
Original Certificate.
m. For applicants who are not capable to utilize the Online System or face any difficulty, are advised
to receive support from the Convocation Help Desk in the Convocation Secretariat Office at the
