2 Implementation of E-Governance in areas of Operation:

In an era of rapid technological advancement, SRMC has embraced e-


governance as a fundamental pillar, revolutionizing administrative
efficiency, academic transparency, and overall institutional effectiveness.
The integration of cutting-edge digital technologies across various facets of
the institution has propelled it towards achieving and surpassing the
rigorous standards set by the National Assessment and Accreditation
Council (NAAC).
1. Website of the institute
Educational institute websites serve as a central hub for disseminating
information about the institution, including its history, mission, vision,
academic programs, faculty profiles, facilities, admission procedures,
and upcoming events. Prospective students, parents, alumni, and other
stakeholders can easily access this information online. The official college

technical committee which includes Principal, examination incharge and
academic incharge and IT wing which is updated regularly with the
consent of the Principal/Dean

3. Administration:

SRMC is implementing online bio metric attendance system for UG and


PG students namely Campus Medicine integrated to Dr YSRUHS for
monitoring the students attendance.

SRMC is equipped with UniCampus, a comprehensive education institute


online platform providing all services under one roof to the students,
parents and staff of SRMC. These services include the following features

4. Finance and Accounts :

For transparency and ease of operations all the financial


transactions of SRMC is digitized and made online. The following
softwares are used in finance management of the institute

Tally for recording of day books and ledgers to maintain accounts. Every
payment in and out of the institute is carried out and recorded on the
accounting software Tally.
Saral portal is used to manage TDS of all the transactions carried out

Winman software is used for filing income tax both institutional and
individual.

5. Student Admission and Support:

As SRMC is affiliated to Dr YSR University of Health Sciences, all the


admissions are carried through NEET online counselling by the Dr YSR
University of Health Sciences. Once the admission is granted for the
students at the University, the students at the time of joining at the
college, they are integrated with the Unicampus software a
comprehensive education institute online platform and their entire fee
payments are monitored and done through the Unicampus software and
the app for the same is provided to the students.

6. Examination:

SRMC is affiliated to Dr YSR University of Health Sciences and entire


examination criteria, schedules and procedures are monitored and
operated by online portal “ Medhas portal” linked to Dr YSR University
of Health Sciences through this online portal the following activities
pertaining to examinations are carried out

1. Student hall ticket generation


2. Internal marks and viva upload and download.
3. Payment and submission of examination fee
4. All internal and external examinations mark lists download
5. Practical Examination marks upload and download
6. Electronic question paper online delivery system.
