5. COMPLIANCE

Commercial-Compliance
General Instructions
If the tenderer/s expires after the submission of his/their tender or after the
acceptance of his tender, the Rly. shall deem such tender as cancelled. If a
4 partner of a firm expires after the submission of their tender or after the No No Not Allowed
acceptance of their tender, the Railway shall deem such tender as cancelled
unless the firm retains its character.
Tenderer may please note that offers received without requisite/mandatory
5 documents as mentioned above, will be considered as invalid tender and for No No Not Allowed
which contractor shall have no claim on Railway.
The tenderer shall visit the site of work and acquaint himself/themselves with
the conditions of work viz. approach roads and accessibility, availability of
materials, electric power, water for work and drinking purposes, site for labour
camps, stores, godowns, extent of lead/lift in work, availability of skilled and
6 unskilled labour etc. that may be encountered in the course of execution of No No Not Allowed
work. In short, he/they should familiarize himself/themselves fully with the all
the conditions of the work site & all the financial implications due to the above
conditions is deemed to be understood and taken care of while bidding the
offer.
