LEARNING FEEDBACK DIARY

OBJECTIVES
 My general objective is to use my skills and learnings in
GENERAL providing care it also helps me to improve and to develop
more about providing care in the general ward setting.
 To share our knowledge by way of health education
SPECIFIC  To be responsible in whatever duty assigned to you

LEARNINGS

Last day of duty, area of duty is at general ward. We monitored

the same patient that we handled yesterday but she’s in the
process of discharge. We did our Nurse-Patient Interaction, took
their vital signs as per order, check the regulations of their IV
GENERAL fluids, read their charts and gave medications. We had the chance
WARD to remove an IVF to those patients to be discharge. As we were
AREA assigned in different task in the area, we made a nursing care
plan that is related to our patient’s condition. Last day of duty
was kind of toxic but full of joy and knowledge, we always
worked as a team and made ourselves ready to prove and get that
license. I realized that even those basic tasks are the one’s that
matter because in medical field, there is no room for errors and
we need to treat our patients equally and meet their needs for
them to be independent.
