the deposit. Partial/ premature withdrawal/ encashment shall be at the absolute discretion of The City Bank
Limited (the "Bank") and subject to the terms and conditions imposed by the bank, including the reduction or
cease of interest rate payable on the deposit.

5. Income Tax and all other applicable taxes, surcharges etc. shall be deducted at source on the interest
earned as per applicable laws in force.

6. You are responsible for the secrecy of this Document. For any loss or injury suffered due to loss and/ or
forgery of this document, you shall be held liable and you shall keep and hold the Bank fully indemnified and
harmless against any such loss or injury. The Bank shall have general right of lien and set off on the deposit
against any loss or injury suffered by the Bank and/ or for adjustment of any legitimate claim of the Bank
against you in relation thereto.

7. The rights and obligations arising hereunder (including deposits and payments) shall be governed by and
subject to the laws of Bangladesh (including any government acts, orders, decrees and regulations).
