Terms and Conditions

1. Borrower and Co-Borrower are hereinafter collectively referred to as "Borrower”.
2. The Bank reserves the right to change the interest rate on the loan:
If the RBI revises the standard provision on assets and/or
If the RBI enhances the risk weights for assets and/or
If any rating downgrades the loan & any other internal policy reasons.
The rate of interest mentioned above is based on the currently prevailing MLR and
Spread, the same may vary at the time of disbursement of the loan and after
disbursement of the loan as well as during its pendency in terms of the said Loan
Agreement.Such revision will however be restricted only to the actual cost impact to
the Bank.
3. The tenure/repayment schedule/ interest rate and frequency of payment/ other terms and
conditions of the Loan are subject to change as a consequence to any change in the money
market conditions or on account of any other statutory or regulatory requirements or at the
Bank's discretion. The Bank reserves the right to review and amend the terms of the Loan in
such manner and to such extent as it may deem fit.
4. Standing Instructions/NACH shall be created in the Saving Account with us/other bank for
recovery of Equated Monthly Instalment and charges.
5. The credit facility shall not be transferred/ assigned by the borrower to any other entity
without fwcAuthPermission of the Bank. If there is any such transfer / assignment, the loan
shall be recalled at the sole discretion of the Bank.
6. The borrower shall complete all documentation as stipulated, to the satisfaction of the Bank.
7. The Monthly Interest should be deposited each month by the due date informed by the
Bank, failing which, the penal charges @ 2% per month on overdue amount shall be
charged in addition to Interest bouncing charges, if applicable.
8. The Bank shall be at liberty to take any action to recover the amount due to it, in case the
borrower fails to repay the due amount in time.
9. You/the firm/company/concern may provide ancillary business wherever possible to the
Bank.
10. The Borrower and Guarantor(s) shall be deemed to have given their express consent to the
Bank to disclose the information and data furnished by them to the Bank and also those
regarding the credit facility/ies enjoyed by borrower, conduct of account and guarantee
obligations undertaken by guarantors to the Credit Information Bureau (India) Ltd.
(“CIBIL”), or specified by RBI who are authorized to seek and publish such information.
11. The credit facility, its terms & conditions including the rate of interest will be governed by
the directives issued by the Reserve Bank of India and/or the bank's rules, from time to time.
12. The Bank reserves the right to initiate suitable action including criminal action against the
borrower(s) in case any of the documents/ data submitted by the borrower to the Bank is

proved to be fake/ forged/ manipulated or inconsistent with the documents/ data filed with
statutory authorities (IT/ROC, ETC.).

Other Sanction Stipulations:

You are requested to return the duplicate copy of this letter duly signed by
you/by the authorized signatory(s) of the firm/company and guarantors on
all the pages as token of acceptance of the terms and conditions of
sanction and arrange for execution of loan/security documents at an early
date.
