Investment Proofs / Reimbursement Bills / Logbook

Please go through the below points and take appropriate actions in advance so that the
same can be checked / approved by concerned departments.

S.N. Points
1 Upload investment proof details including scan copy of documents in Fusion. Hard
copy need not to be submitted.
2 Updation of reimbursement bill details in Fusion (if applicable) and submit the original
bills alongwith summary to concerned BU HRBP.
3 Upload logbook in Fusion. In absence of logbook, Fuel & Maintenance expenses and
Driver Salary would be considered as taxable amount (if applicable).
