3. To prepare / draft the official letters, make technical and commercial correspondence

independently. To prepare memos and other documents.

4. To administer all kinds of expenditures, Procurement, Stock and Store Management.

5. To prepare the minutes of the meetings and arrange the meeting with the foreign and

local experts / consultants.

6. As a whole, I have to manage the office administration, personnel, Human


Resource, Finance / Accounts and Secretarial matters.

7. I have sufficient knowledge of rules and regulations regarding

Administration, .Management, Establishment, Procurement and Store Management,

Court Matters, Finance & Accounts, Fax & Internet, Computer Word Processing in

Windows, Typing and other Secretarial / Administrative jobs / duties.
