Reimbursement of Petrol / Diesel Expenses

1. Objective
To administer and provide guidelines to employees using personal vehicle for outdoor
working.
2. Scope and coverage
All employees working at any Location / Branch / Unit of the company and who are on
Company Payroll will be covered under this policy.
3. Applicability
This policy will apply to the existing employees and employees who may join in future.

 Above rates are exclusive of Parking Charges, Toll Tax etc. which can be claimed on actual
basis by accompanying respective slips/memos.
 In case of Four Wheeler, for every increase of Rs. 2.50 in the Petrol & Diesel Prices, the
reimbursement rate will automatically be increased by 25 paisa per kilometer.
 In case of Two Wheeler, for every increase of Rs. 2.50 in the Petrol & Diesel Prices, the
reimbursement rate will automatically be increased by 05 paisa per kilometer.
 The petrol / diesel prices will be considered for Normal and not for Premium.
 This Policy will be effective from __________________ and management has reserve the
right to review / amend / add / delete any portion/ clause of the policy at any point time of
time at its own discretion without any pre intimation to staff members.
