Aquatech is the Piovan Group company which designs and builds state-of-the-art cooling systems for industrial
production, where high performance, optimisation and energy efficiency are crucial for product quality.

In business since January 2015, the company is the natural evolution of the long-established Piovan Chiller
division, which designed, built and installed cooling systems for the plastics industry for over 40 years.
Aquatech presents its engineering capabilities in the field of industrial refrigeration. Today, its knowledge and
know-how combine with the skills of a new team of engineers, specialised in the design of cooling solutions
for the plastics industry, foods and beverages, and many other industrial applications. The result is a unique
offering, focused on achieving the highest production efficiency.

Aquatech dry coolers are the optimal solution to the needs of many industrial processes and
applications where the heat exchange fluid has to be constantly cooled to ambient temperature
or above. They are an effective alternative to cooling towers, with lower costs and less energy
consumption.

Winfactory 4.0
The supervision software for the digital factory
For the integration, monitoring and programming of all auxi-
liaries from a remote PC, Piovan develops software both with
standardised platforms and in versions customised to the
specific characteristics of the plant and the customer’s control
and supervision requirements.
The operator can control operation of the system from remote
stations, modify and automate parameter settings, diagnose
potential problems and plan production batches. The Piovan
software allows the export of very useful statistics obtained by processing production data and the
detailed analysis of all plastic transformation process data.
