I. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Develop the most appropriate method and sequence of operations for a job in conjunction with other
planners and team leaders.
 Ensuring the inspection program (knowledge of equipment condition) is being executed using proper
techniques.
 Managing, controlling, and analyzing all data, records, and equipment histories to continually review and
refine inspection frequencies
 Creating equipment specific task lists for preventive, corrective, and shutdown maintenances of the static
and Rotary equipment like Pump, Compressor, Turbine, Vessels, Columns, Heat Exchangers etc,
 Enable the assigned upstream operating units, manufacturing sites, chemical plants, supply chain and
distribution locations and it’s on site employees in producing and compiling high value maintenance
information and data, as measured by improvement trends in data quality.
 Establishing as needed and managing lubrication program and oil analysis, ensuring all equipment is properly
lubricated and oil analysis is performed on all critical equipment. This is done in conjunction with the
reliability technician

“Coastal Energen Pvt Ltd (ENERGEN), the Power Generating Flagship Company of the Coal and Oil Group, is setting up a 1200 MW
coal fired thermal power plant in the district of Tuticorin in the State of Tamil Nadu, India.

Roles & Responsibilities: -

 Involved in Daily Production plan displaying in the shop floorboard.
 Involved in Various Commissioning Test such as safety device online test, oil injection test, valve tightness
test, 103% Over Speed Test, Mechanical Over Speed test, 110% DEH & TSI Electric Over Speed Test, Vacuum
tightness test, Load Ramp Test, and load rejection test
 Successfully completed Shutdown maintenance (2014 – 2015, 2015 – 2016, 2016-2017) of 2 x 600 MW Capacity
boiler and its auxiliaries with minimum consumables and on time completion. Work with management in
coordinating and planning production activities to improve runtime.
 Involved in Steam Blowing of SH, MS Line, CRH, HRH, with proper temporary line and measured the blow
