Dear Parent,

As we are approaching the end of the first term, I wish to advise you of the following:

END OF TERM CONSULTATION WITH PARENTS

I would like to remind you of the consultation sessions which are scheduled for the following days:
Mon 25 March Consultation with Form 1 parents (2:00 –5:00 PM)
Tuesday 26 March Consultation with Form 2 parents (2:00 –5:00 PM)
Wed 27 March Consultation with Form 4 parents (2:00 –5:00 PM)
Wed 3 April Consultation with Form 5 parents (2:00 –5:00 PM)
Thu 4 April Consultation with AS and A- Level parents (2:00 –5:00 PM)
AFTERNOON ACTIVITIES
Normal afternoon classes and activities including the compulsory activities for Form 1 and Form 2 are
suspended from Monday 25th March due to the consultation sessions until the end of the term.
Please be reminded that Friday 29th March and Monday 1st April are public holidays.
The school will close for first term holidays on Friday 5th March.
HOLIDAY LESSONS
There will be some holiday lessons for the upper school classes and the timetable for these extra lessons
will be sent to the parents in due course.
