Please take note and comply with the following matters:

Having completed the syllabi of classes 11 and 12, the examinations have been conducted
to select the qualified student for HSC 2024. Scrutinizing the performances in all
examinations, attendance, and other relevant issues, the list has been prepared in 4
categories:
(1) Selected: Must pay the fees and other charges on 02-03 April 2024. The charges
are as below:
Science: 2800.00; Bus. Study and Humanities: 2400.00
(2) Withheld – Regular: Must bring guardian and meet Prefect of Discipline and
Princial/Vice Principal on 27 March 2024 at 09:00 am (room Venus)
(3) Withheld – Special: Must bring guardian and meet Prefect of Discipline and
Princial/Vice Principal on 27 March 2024 at 10:00 am (room Phobos)
(4) Withheld – deficiency in attendance: Must meet Prefect of Discipline and
Princial/Vice Principal on 16 April 2024 at 08:00 am (room Phobos)

Students under all categories must meet the stated authority and complete the
requirements on the dates and time given. If anyone fails to attend the meeting and fulfill
the requirements, he shall not be selected and allowed to fill up the HSC forms 2024 from
St. Joseph. For details and individual results, go to your Google Classroom.
Instructions regarding form fill-up and preparatory examinations will be posted in due
time. Check the notice boards regularly for info.
