1 General
Effective July 1, 2005, the service visit after the first 80 hours of op-
erating time is no longer required. The following reviews related de-
tails.

2 Information / Instructions
1. The items earlier included in the 80 hour service should be
done at the next scheduled visit as provided for each model.
2. Operator manuals and Service manuals will be upgraded grad-
ually to exclude the 80 hour service. Simultaneously, service
items and intervals will be revised for conformity between simi-
lar components and applications.
3. In line with the above, the service indicator on the truck display
will not be activated from factory. It will therefore be a local
responsibility to activate the indicator in accordance with the
appropriate settings as part of the delivery PDI.
This new routine will be introduced gradually as provided by the up-
dating schedule for each model.
