Respected Unit Head's / HOD's and

Director's, Geeting of the Day !!!

After careful consideration of various factors by the management, we would like to inform you that
there will be no leave encasement offered from now onwards for all over Goyal Group of Companies.
Instead,
All employees would be eligible for utilization of monthly leave benefits. Leave balance will be
accumulated up to a threshold of 60 leaves. Leave balance exceeding 60 leaves would be lapsed.

Hence, We encourage all employees to internally plan with their respective Supervisors/HOD's and
colleagues and utilise their leaves without affecting organizations productivity.

We understand the significance of taking time off to rejuvenate and spend quality moments with your
loved ones. This decision aligns with our commitment to the well-being of our employees and
maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
