The Technical Committee visited Cardiac Surgery Hospital Muzaffarabad Dated_______

Regarding Initial Inspection/Physical Verification of supplied 200 KVA Generator.

Following committee members along with Rep from Electricity Department.

3. Zeshan Ali Electro Medical Engineer AIMS Muzaffarabad.

Alternator: Country of Origin. France Manufacturer. Leroysomer China

 Supplier of 200 KVA Generator M/S Energy Solution Islamabad was directed to replaced
ATS Panel being not according to technical specification mentioned in bidding document and
the bid offered by the bidder M/S Energy Solution Islamabad the firm replaced the parts such
as ATS Panel etc before inspection.
 The supplier provided import documents i.e., bill of lading, and other relevant import
documents.
 The committee visited for post-delivery inspection on 14.12.2023 the generator was starter
and put full load on generator for verification of functionality.
 The committee showed satisfaction in accordance with technical specification of running of
engine and alternator.
 According to the technical specification of bidding document CBU (Complete Built-in Unit)
is complete in order and built in imported from China.
 The Committee examined and verified that the generator is brand new and mechanically in
order.

The Committee examined and satisfied overall performance of Generator and recommended to use as
per requirement.
Therefore report is submitted for further necessary action please.
