TOPIC 4: Write about an important lesson that you learn from a real

experience.

I will never forget the experience of a community charity with my

friends. When I was in grade 9, I had the opportunity to participate in the
Green organization to help disadvantaged and disabled children. We went
to Tam An orphanage with some presents for the children. When I went
inside the home, I was so nonplussed and couldn’t believe my eyes at the
scene. My tears automatically ran down my cheek. All of them also had
disabilities such as being blind, deaf or having some brain problems with
their thoughts. They did not have the chance to educate and loved by their
parents. When they saw us coming, they were in nine clouds but a little
shy at first. But after all, they were ready to open their heart and confided
in us about their wishes. They said that they would go to school and have
enough food. It was so touching. After this experience, I felt grateful to
my parents and God for giving me an intact body. I respect every day that
comes to me as a gift, and I take advantage of any time to make my life
more meaningful.
