User Manual for Teams Integration.

SAP SuccessFactors Integration Microsoft Teams


the basic integration between SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft Teams to allow users to start
Teams chat from SAP SuccessFactors.

Log in to SuccessFactors using the provided username and password.

Prerequisites:

You have the click on Administrator Center > Work Tech Configuration to login.
On work tech configuration existing customers need to disconnect the sap success factor app
first. for existing customers recommended to delete the legacy app, to avoid confusion with the
same name.
Once we enable integration in the user mapping area, we need to provide user identifier data
from SAP SuccessFactors and the user identifier in Azure AD..
A new SAP SuccessFactors app will be available from the Microsoft Teams App
Store.
You may choose to search for this app in Manage Apps and install this app for all your
users in the organization to replace the old app.
Rezip the items to obtain the updated package.

Choose the language for the file.


We need to type the desire app name in the corresponding fields to change the name.

Click on "Teams Apps" > "Manage Apps" in the navigation menu to upload the app.
Choose to set up policies and use the "+Add App" field to add the app.

Choose "Upload App" in the App bar and upload the prepared zip file.
The app has been uploaded successfully.

Please review permission under the permission tab. Accept for your confirmation. As a result, all
employees don’t have to review and accept the permissions when they start the new app.
Once the permissions are enabled, You're all set to publish the SAP SuccessFactors app to Teams.

Once we enabled integration with Microsoft Teams chat. Users can start a Teams chat with one
another from their quick card or profile header.
