Dear Sir:

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction and concern in response to a recent event at Velana

International Airport (VIA). This unfortunate situation prevented me from boarding my scheduled
Qatar Airways flight to Dubai on August 31, 2023.

I missed my flight due to a malfunction at the airport's security gate. The X-ray scanner was down,
requiring manual luggage checks. Despite my earnest attempts to speed up the process, the resulting
lengthy queue ultimately caused me to miss the flight. My trip to Dubai is of utmost importance,
involving an important meeting with an investor for my business. This delay caused not only financial
losses but also risked a crucial business connection.

Considering the circumstances, I respectfully request a full refund for my flight ticket. I have confidence
in Qatar Airlines' reputation for fairness and integrity and believe you will properly consider this
exceptional situation.

I appreciate your attention and hope this issue will be resolved quickly. I am here for any further
clarification or documentation if needed.
