 ABSTRACT

Our project is built on front-end web development, which creates dynamic webpages and
applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. By using all the above-mentioned
technologies, we made our website "Campus TV", is a front-end project which provides
details on various colleges, including their history, ratings, academics, placements,
infrastructure, locations, contact details, and most importantly events they are hosting. This
website enables users to log in and take various info about different colleges/universities.
This website provides simple ways to interact and inquire via email and forms given on it.
Under the guidance of Mr. Veera Reddy, my industry mentor in this sector, and other team
members, I completed this project and while working on it I learned so many new things
which help me in upcoming time.

6. i. BRIEF INTRODUCTION OF ORGANIZATION

For both working and non-managing applicants across India, Cyberaegis was founded with
the goal of offering interactive learning of crucial IT-related courses and employment help on
a variety of technologies. They offer hands-on instruction on cutting-edge technology from
working professionals, assisting people, enhancing their careers, and allowing everyone
to grow together. They fulfil the training criteria for the profession and the demands of the
learner. To compete in today's software industry, the organisation also provides high-quality
advice on how to become more knowledgeable about computer IT training & software
education courses. The main thing is that they have experienced teachers which helps so
much in learning and working on a new projects/technology.
6.ii. OVERVIEW OF ORGANIZATION
To build a strong client base and support network that acts as an effective deployment of
comprehensive and reliable IT solutions for the future. And put out all effort to do this by
concentrating on each project separately and preserving a successful connection with clients.
Additionally, by utilising cutting-edge technology, we will be able to offer solutions that
improve the quality and value of our clients' businesses.

6.iii. SERVICES OFFERED BY THE COMPANY

Cyberaegis IT solutions PVT Ltd was founded in 2004 with the goal of providing solutions
that improve the quality and value of our customers' businesses by utilizing modern IT
technologies. Other computer-related operations, such as maintaining other firms'
websites/creating multimedia presentations for other firms, can be done in a cost-effective
manner all around the world.

 7. PLAN OF THE INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME

Role: PS2 Intern

Project Assigned: Front end web Developer using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Duration: 2 Months (25th May- 26th July)
The internship was divided in three phases. Each phase brought some improvement in our
knowledge and the product.
 In the first phase of the internship, we were given training on the technologies through
which we had to develop the webpages which mainly involved HTML, CSS and
JavaScript.
 The second phase involved the designing of the website interface using figma. It
involved the designing of the website, the fields and decision on the contents of the
website and user interaction.
 The third phase of the internship involved coding of the website.

8. THE PROBLEM STATEMENT

The main problem on which we work i.e. There is no such website for students where they
can easily get every information of a college at one place like facilities offered, events
happened in the past, going on events and future events of college/universities, proper
infrastructure details and many more important information about the preferred
university/college for which user is searching.
Other problem which our team notice is that the websites available on web are not so much
user friendly. So, we worked on it also and provide users a user-friendly website as much as
we can do.
However, by using HTML, CSS, JavaScript we worked on this problem and provide a proper
website where students can get proper info about a preferred universities/colleges all over
india.

9.1. Technologies Used

Languages used in the projects are:
 HTML
 CSS
 JavaScript

Campus TV: Campus TV is an all in-one website for universities/colleges information. The
website contains home page on which we provide information about the university like
ranking, placement etc, Academics page on which we provide information about different
courses offered by university, Facilities and gallery page which provide info about some
facilities on university and the proper infrastructure images which can help users so much,
the main motive of our website is events page which shows info about events happened in
university and a short info about what is going to be happen in future, last but not least is
contact page which gives access to the user to directly contact to the university which they
want or visit their by using info given on it.
As we all know review part is the main part of everything so taking this
Using the three-web development technologies we created the website according to the user
need which provide all the information about different universities/colleges on a single
platform.

10.i. Project Scope
I. In-Scope:
- We develop a total 15 static webpages where user can find all information
about different colleges.
- The website is more user-friendly compare to all available on web.

II. Out-Scope:
- Unable to complete the backend of the website
- Collection info about different colleges of the country
- Event broadcasting part will do by company

10.ii. Technical Design and Details

- Hypertext Markup (HTML) is the language used to make, edit the webpages
and its content.
- Cascading Style Sheet (CSS) is a language used for styling on webpages. It
was used to set the background colour, font size, font family, colour, etc.
elements of the material on the webpages. It is also used to make webpages
more attractive to the users
- JS: JavaScript (JS) is a text-based programming language used on both the
client and server side that allows you to interact with webpages.
10.iii. Responsibilities and Team
- The whole team was given work as an individual, every student was given 3
states from which we had to choose the top colleges and make the respective
webpages of top 5 colleges for each state i.e., total of 15 webpages.
- The template of the websites was made individually, discussed upon and the
best one was chosen as the final template for the website.

10.v. My Contributions and learnings

In this project, I have contributed to the best of my knowledge in this field. My contributions
in this project at an individual level are making prototype on figma, designing, collecting
information, taking feedback from different users. Through this project, I learned my new
things
like how to manage time, pressure and communication skills while working on some projects
which I think help me so much in my upcoming time.

12. CONCLUSION

The chance to get professional experience is provided via internships. My knowledge and
abilities were enhanced by this internship programme, which also allowed me the chance to
join a qualified team. Time management, pressure, team work and job management are the
important things I've learnt.
In this internship we worked on a website “Campus-TV” which provides information about
different universities/colleges on a single platform so that we can help so many users to find
best educational institute for their higher studies. The information that our website contains
are about university, its ranking, placements, infrastructure images, contact details of specific
college/university.
The main thing of our website is event broadcasting like you also seen that there are no such
websites who shows any events to us but yes, this website shows you everything like events

happened, going on events and also some basic details about upcoming events. so, using
website you are also able to know about event of college/universities which I think is a good
point in all this.
I know you have one que in your mind i.e., why we are doing this type of website when it is
already available on an internet like college dunia, siksha but the first which users feel is that
they don’t provide proper info about the universities so we developed place where they got
all the needed info. And other thing they feel is they are so much complicated to so keeping
this in mind we developed website which is more user friendly then them.
In the previous weeks, we learned a lot about Web Development in general which included
frontend development using HTML and CSS. Working for Cyberaegis Solutions Pvt. Ltd.,
Hyderabad has not only provided me with an opportunity to enhance my knowledge of the
Full stack Web development domain but also given me the opportunity to work under the
guidance of experienced industry professionals and provided me the environment to
understand how development works in companies.
