 Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Nur Aalieya Najwa. I
am 21 years old.
 Today i want to share with you about how to bake the
chocolate chip cookies

SPECIFIC PURPOSE To inform my audience how to bake the chocolate chip cookies

INTRODUCTION DEFINITION OF SUBJECT MATTER

Preview main points  Chocolate chip cookies are food that can be eaten during Eid or
while watching televicion and so on.
 Chocolate chip cookies are claimed to have originated in the
United States in 1938, when Ruth Graves Wakefield chopped
up a Nestle semi-sweet chocolate bar and added the chopped
chocolate to a cookie recipe.

MAIN POINT 1 Firstly , we need to prepare before baking the chocolate chip cookies.

SUB - POINT 1  Wash your hand, with warm water, vigorously for 20+ seconds
with soap making sure there are no contaminate sunder your
nails.
 Turn the oven on to 375 degrees for it to be at the correct
temperature when the cookies are ready to be put in the oven.
 You must get all the ingredients out to make sure you have all
of the ingredients or enough to bake the cookies.
 Now you need to get out two baking pans, two mixing bowls,
silicone spatula, big spoon and an electric mixer.
MAIN POINT 2 Now , I am going to tell you how to measuring and mixing the cookies

SUB - POINT 2  Measure all the ingredients out, make sure you have enough of
everything before beginning to cook.
 Now mix all the wet ingredients together in a medium mixing
bowl, ¾ cups of Crisco, 1 and ¼ cup of brown sugar, 2
tablespoons of milk, 1 tablespoons vanilla, then beat in one egg
 Now begin mixing all the dry ingredients in a separate larger
mixing bowl, 2 cups of flour, ¾ teaspoon of baking soda, 1
teaspoon of salt.
 Once both are mixed add the wet ingredients in the large bowl
of dry ingredients.
 Add a cup of chocolate chip cookies and mix it into the dough.

MAIN POINT 3 Lastly , I am going to tell you about how to baking and plating the
cookies

SUB - POINT 3  Once everything is mixed well, grab a ¼ cup ice cream scooper
and scoop the cookies into the baking sheets.
 Once all of the cookies have been placed on the baking sheet,
place them into the 375-degree oven for around 8-10minutes.
 Once the timer is up, take the cookies out and let them cool for
around 5 mins.
 Once the cookies are cooled, they are ready to eat.
