Patient Rights and Responsibilities

Right to benefit from services


Every individual who applies to health institutions has the right to benefit from diagnostic,
treatment, and rehabilitation facilities at the highest level. Patient has the right to choose his
doctor, choose the health institution or change it at any stage of the treatment.

A patient may request that his or her procedures continue in another organization while he or
she is undergoing diagnosis or treatment at a center that our organization or organization has
an agreement with.
Right to Information and Consent
Through our initiatives and patients themselves or their legal representatives or the potential

express request of the court.
The Right to Be Respected
The patient has the right to be examined, diagnosed and treated in a respectful, kind,
compassionate and friendly environment by protecting his individual reputation at all times

The Right to Request a Consultation (Second Opinion)
Our patients have the right to call a consultant physician about their diagnosis and treatment.

The attending physician recommends his treatment, but the patient’s first physician approves
the procedure.
The Right to Fulfill Religious Obligations
Our patients have the right to freely perform their religious duties without regard to religious
differences and as long as they do not interfere with treatment. To the extent possible, the

patient rights primarily to the Patient Rights Unit, administrative authority or the Ethics
Committee of our hospital related to the issue, provided that the right to apply to the relevant
professional organizations and courts is reserved.

The patient has the right to apply to the highest administrative supervisor of the place where
the medical institution is located, if there is no solution by the relevant administrative
authorities or the ethics committees, or if he does not accept the solution in relation to his
complaint. The patient also has the right to apply to the judiciary for his legal rights.
Health Organization Rules and Practices
Our patients have the right to learn about the hospital rules and practices that will be applied
to them. The patient has the right to request correction of data on the disease and treatment

for it.
Patient Visitor
It is the responsibility of our patients to accept as few visitors as possible at the same time, not
to bring food and drinks, not to use items belonging to other patients, and to comply with
