PLEASE NOTE:
Once a case is sent to TPS, if you make any changes to the
ClinCheck or post a comment to the ClinCheck technician,
at your end, it will end the chat communication link! The
TPS platform only allows for one “driver” behind the wheel
at a time. Once you take the wheel, the TPS link for that
particular case is closed.

When you are satisfied with the TPS revised ClinCheck,

make sure you post any remaining questions you have in
the Chat (and wait for the reply) prior to approving the
ClinCheck or the TPS Provider will not have a way to reply
to that final question.
