“GOLDEN LUMINARIES”

-Ymer Rizza Serrano

Have you ever thought why teaching takes a lot of courage and passion?
You are right! Because it is the noblest profession.
Why is teaching the noblest profession?
Because in our teaching hands, we carry the future of nations.
But who carries teachers' hands when they feel dispirited?
Do they still have time to get rest and be pampered?
When every minute of every day, all they do is teach and plan lessons?
Let's just hope that every sweat counts till their retirement and pension.
But, oh wait, let us take a look back!

Do you still remember the first word we spelled with your slice of clue?
To the idioms and vocabulary, you guided us through
How doth can a busy bee improves each Monday blues
Every punch of your knowledge leaves a mark but not a bruise
Your labor and hard work is a chant like a buzzing bee
Oh, thy keen tutelage is a need, and thy glee is our ecstasy
Your voice echoes this rosy view, in and out
Henceforth, teaching is really the noblest profession, no doubt.

You mold our future with sincerity for sure

Amidst the bliss of ignorance, thee tendered as a cure.
In a room full of turmoil and puzzlement,
Thee stand as pillars of strength and encouragement
You are always persevering, always bringing sunshine
In a rough and twisted road, you designed us a beeline
You illuminate the prism of life that reveals rainbows of possibilities
That herded us to hark, mark, and spark like golden busy bees
In those published adjectives, it was all understatement,
Your luminance of erudition serves as a pavement,
The battery you carry doesn’t come down and be turbulent,
You have always been the brightest shades of pigment.
All those figurative wordplays that really suits you
Like an overflowing liquid that touches us through,
The horizons from our voyage, your guidance is a value,
And your abounding prudence and excellence will be left unscrew.

From literature to mythologies, you leap to our defense

You possess Achilles' strength and Athena's wisdom, without pretense.
When my spirit wasn't ablaze, you backed where I was weak
Now, I am confident and hopeful, and then I learnt to speak.
To this glory we stand today, you taught us sagacity and conduct
You always come to our aid whenever we feel no luck
Thee halt as a silver lining in our gloomy cloud's despair
And had you not been there, we would have been in a constant disrepair.

Without heed divided, you taught, and you guided

So, to follow your teachings, we should plant it in our heads
We dare not uproar; we dare not fuss
As you give heavy value in the weight of all just
You took us out from a mysterious peculiar wonderland
Therefore, you deserve every world's riches and nature's grand.
Seed of wisdom grows whenever you write with your chalk
Then the zest just bubbles up within me every time you talk.

You are near or you are far, like a bee who is working
But it is you we are certainly referring
We may be staring at the mass of ambiguities in front of us
Yet thy sweet pollen still remains on our flower cling dust
Though we often acted mulish and headstrong
You reigned us in with your patience and grit for so long.
So, with love, we pray to Above to grant you solace rather than pain
Even when our memories fade in murk, in our hearts you shall always remain.

Your influence can never be erased, that is your legacy

Enhancing skills, setting an example, you maintained that supremacy
So, on this special day, we are taking this fortunate stroke of serendipity
Much obliged, you surely procure triumphs whilst making history
People will turn away, but your lessons will stay
So, to all our teachers, mentors, and professors today,
Who have taught us bunch of shrewdness and life lessons in some way
We cannot thank you enough, but assuredly, thy sacrifices will not go astray

Oh, our teachers, we admire you in every way,

Happy Teachers Day!
