Cleanliness is important. It makes one look wholesome, decent and attractive.
What should young teenagers do to show proper personal hygiene?
• Take a bath every day.
• Keep your hair clean, neat, and well-combed always.
• Brush your teeth every day in the morning and after eating.
• Clean and trim your fingernails and toenails regularly.
• Wash your hands with soap and water before and after meals, especially after
going to the washroom.
• Wash your face in the morning and before going to bed.
• Change your underwear everyday.
• Clean your nose and ears.
• Use alum, deodorant or anti-perspirant.
• Always use clean handkerchief and socks.
• Make sure to eat the right amount of nutritious food.
• Wear clean and well-pressed clothes.
• Exercise daily.
• Observe correct posture in standing, sitting, and walking.
