lack of proper management system.

data aren’t well sorted and categorized. That’s why
the company can’t analyze its business smoothly.
Now the company use the Microsoft excel . The
managers can query and use any information
literally at any time at the click of a mouse.
The information users ( external and internal) can
analyze the data by using the information system of
this company.
The managers levels of this company aren’t well
embodied. The company has 80 retail stores. But
there is a shortage of district sales managers and
retail stores managers levels. So the company has
to embody the managers levels properly.
