How to Add Loox Reviews

Adding Reviews and Photos:

● To add reviews manually, navigate to the Loox dashboard.

● Click on "Add Review" or "Import Reviews" to start adding reviews.
● Fill in the required fields such as customer name, review content, rating, and
optionally, customer photo.
● Click "Save" to add the review to your store.
● To automatically collect reviews, you can set up automatic review request
emails to be sent to customers after their purchase. This can be configured
within the Loox app settings.

Customizing Review Display:

● Navigate to the "Settings" tab in the Loox dashboard.

● Here you can customize various aspects of your review display, such as the
widget's design, placement, and timing of review requests.
● Choose a review widget design that matches your store's theme and
aesthetic.
● Preview your changes to ensure they look as desired.
● Save your settings once you're satisfied.

2. Creating a GIF Using Giphy:

● Visit the Giphy website (giphy.com) or download the Giphy app on your mobile
device.
● Sign up for a Giphy account if you don't already have one.
● Click on the "Create" button on the Giphy website or app.
● Upload the video you recorded earlier from your device's camera roll or gallery.
● Use the editing tools provided by Giphy to trim the video to the desired length
and adjust other settings as needed.
● Once you're satisfied with the edits, click on the "Create GIF" button to
generate your GIF.
● Preview the GIF to ensure it looks as expected.
● Once satisfied, download the GIF to your device.

3. Embedding the GIF in Product Descriptions:

● Log in to your Shopify admin panel.

● Navigate to the product for which you want to add the GIF to the description.
● Click on the "Edit product" button.
● In the product description section, place your cursor where you want the GIF
to appear.
● Click on the "Insert video" next to “insert Image”button in the text editor.
● Copy the video embed that you copied from Giphy and paste it into the Insert video
option
● Preview the product description to ensure the GIF is displaying correctly.
● Once satisfied, click on the "Save" button to update the product description.
