“Issue of parking area”.
Dear Sir,
I would like to draw the attention of director towards the bad condition of our parking
area. This has been one of the best schools in the society. The security guard informed you
several times that more students are driving cars then the school has accepted and there are
limited parking spaces. Parking spaces need to be provided for teachers and other member.
I am not the only person and this is not the first time that you have had a complaint sent to
you about the same problem. This is not just a problem for the people who live here after
classes. This costs the students a lot of time, and it significantly affects the academic
performance of students. Instead of waiting long hours to get a parking space, some of the
people opt to go for parking outside the college at a fee. Outside parking at a fee has
amounted to financial problems among the students since most of them do not afford the fees
comfortably. In addition, vehicles can be stolen when they are parked outside the college.
The rate of car crashes in the college is also on the increase. The mix up for parking space
causes this. Every student wants to secure a parking space therefore it becomes a case of
survival for the best. Overcrowding in the parking lot has also contributed to the high number
of accidents in the parking lot. Some students are not experienced in driving. They cause
damage to the nearing vehicles and their vehicle's too. This has contributed to common
quarrels among students. They begin engaging in discussions for payment of damages. Others
result in fighting when they do not agree on who has caused the accident. When the issue of
fighting reaches the security department, it becomes even a bigger problem for the participant
students.
Would you please take some action to resolve this at first you should make rule to allow only
authorized personnel to enter our parking slot. Secondly, slots are divided in category for
every type of transport vehicle.
I hope you will consider my situation and do the needful as soon as possible.
