I am writing with regard to an Asus ThinkBook Plus 3ra gen laptop that i I ordered online
from your company. As a loyal customer, I have always held your products in high
regard, but unfortunately, my recent experience has left me disappointed.

Upon receiving the laptop, I immediately noticed several problems that have greatly
impacted my satisfaction. Firstly, the laptop was having problems with the processor, it
was running very slow. Consequently, this has led to the loss of a lot of information and
the delay in sending my work reports or university files.

Furthermore, the charger was failing, after 3 uses it started to smell burnt and when
checking the charger battery, it was swelling. This issue not only caused inconvenience
but also more expenses in the search for an original charger as the warranty did not
cover this.

As a valued customer, I trust that you will take prompt action to rectify these issues.
Therefore, I kindly request that you exchange my laptop for a better laptop or refund the
money paid. Additionally, I urge you to take measures to prevent such occurrences in the
future, ensuring that other customers do not encounter similar problems.
