organic foods are cleaner and healthier for people's health. Secondly, Organic foods contain more
vitamins, minerals and nutrients than conventionally raised food. It is clear that natural farming
methods positively influence the nutritional content of foods. Last but not least, when planting
organic foods, farmers often apply eco-friendly farming methods which not only save them lots of
money but also protect the environment. In short, from the benefits mentioned, we should take
organic foods in order to enhance our safety, reduce the risk of diseases and make a contribution to
