Following our visit to you last Wednesday, we enclose a copy of the particulars drawn up
about your apartment. You will see that we have especially stressed the advantages of the
location. There is no doubt that many visitors will be interested in your property.

However, to ensure that we get the best offer we can quickly, we shall advertise in both local
newspapers this weekend.

We expect a number of prospective buyers will wish to view the house on Saturday and
Sunday and we will telephone you to make thew necessary arrangements. However, if you
have to go away, as you said was possible-it would be most helpful if you could arrange to
leave a key with a neighbour: all viewers will of course, be escorted
