Girder Calculation

Crane bridges are manufactured using S235JR/S275JR/S355J2 materials as single and/or double girder. The
welding processes of the beams are mainly performed by certified welders using submerged arc welding and
rarely gas arc welding methods. Beam deflection is produced in such a way that it does not exceed 1/1000 at full
load. A maintenance platform is created on the beam for maintenance, repair and safety. It is equipped with
safety switches for all directions. Cranes are tested with 10% of rated load in dynamic load and 25% of rated load
in static load, provided the necessary conditions are met after installation.

End Carriages
There are two sets of carrying trollies on the crane, one of the crane trolley and the other is bridge trolley. There are at
least 4 wheels made of 4140 material in each headgear set, subject to heat treatment and blackening. At least 2
bearings are attached to each wheel. Bearings can be on the wheel or on the trolley cover. In order to provide axiality,
machining is applied to all wheel bearings and seating surfaces of headboard covers. Wheel selection and axiality
according to the walking rail are important parameters that directly increase the usage and maintenance life of the
crane.
Hoisting Unit

Crane trolley is an important mechanism for moving the load right-left and up-down. Most of the motors and reducers
are included in this mechanism. In this context, it has a central place in mechanisms. The drum, which allows lowering
and lifting movements, and where the rope is wound by being placed in the slots with a guide, is also located here. The
hook's stroke area (lower and upper stopping points) can be controlled from here with the help of switches.
Reducers & Motor Braking Systems

Gearboxes and motors are selected by calculating the usage power and speed with at least two different programs.
Selections are made by simulating the maximum load conditions, including the crane's safety factor. A comfortable
working is provided by increasing the tolerance range in gearbox and motor selections. All speed levels can be
manufactured specifically, as well as the movement speeds can be reduced and increased again within certain limits by
means of speed control devices. Thus, it is possible to reach solutions for different usage needs (machine assembly, line
speed, etc.). YILMAZ REDUCER is used in gearbox systems, except for special demands. Engine brakes are
electromagnetic disc type. It has features such as providing balance and stabilizing the movement at any time. The
control voltage is 24V if there is no demand.
Hawser Winch

Ropes are selected in accordance with the design parameters according to the nature of the work. In general, 6x36
hemp-cored ropes produced for heavy-duty groups are preferred. One end of the rope is on the drum and the other
end is in the final tightening mechanism. Connections are made with care, taking into account security requirements. In
order to prevent overload, load cells (loadcells) included in the system are mounted on the rope. In order to increase
the rope life and operating efficiency, the drum diameter, transition slots and rope diameter compatibility are taken
into consideration.
Hook
Hook and hook sleeper are supplied from certified and closed mold hot forging techniques. It can be made with single
(DIN 15401) or double (DIN 15402) mouths according to request and/or design. For safety reasons, it has a safety latch.
It is manufactured in such a way that it can easily rotate 360° by using a bearing (butt bearing). There are greases on
each bearing that allow lubrication at periodic intervals.
Electricity Equipment

SCHNEIDER in switchgear, LEUZE/EMAS in switches (bridge, crane trolley, lowering-lifting), OMRON/WEIDMULLER in


control relays, JUUKO in remote control, SCHNEIDER in wired control, and FUJI ELECTRIC in speed control devices are
preferred. Crane trolley electrical system is double row c type cornice. Bridge electrical system is closed busbar. Despite
the demand and supply situations, different brands can be
used without sacrificing quality.
