would remain the same as in "IPPOPAY "along with the same shareholding pattern. All the

Mr. Mohan K an engineering graduate, has 14 years of extensive experience in technology and

Mr. Jaikumar R an engineering graduate has comprehensive knowledge in prepaid
telecommunications, billing and payment solutions, he has developed most of the software
for IppoPay from basic. Co- Founder & CTO of IppoPay, has 9 years of experience in working
on different technologies and has experience in working for client Bank of America when he
was associated with TCS and passionate about building products. Strong knowledge in
creating Software Architecture, NodeJS, MongoDB, React, AngularJS, Android, PHP, MySQL
and API. Running a successful development lab for 3 years and now exit for IppoPay. He also

Open looped cards - Also known as open system

Closed loop cards - Unlike open looped credit
cards, these cards are accepted only at the
affiliated merchant outlet. Generally, it is only
closed loop credit card holders who are issued
gift cards.

Semi-open loop cards - Working as a mix of


open looped and closed loop credit cards, semi-
open loop credit cards are the ones that are
accepted by multiple merchant outlets, who are
affiliated with the card. Most of these cards are
issued by retail chains or shopping malls only

Finmeadows will maintain required hardware along with security components as per statutory
guidelines at their certified DC & DR

Infrastructure –

The implementation of the solution will take place at Finmeadows Data Centre and Disaster
Recovery Centre, each with its independent test setup. The proposed solution is designed to
operate within clusters, employing high availability network load balancing. The Prepaid Card
solution will feature seamless online Data Center to Disaster Recovery replication and
retrieval capabilities. The solution will be hosted in High Availability (HA) mode at both the
Data Centre and Disaster Recovery sites. Finmeadows will ensure the proper sizing of the
hardware and software essential for the smooth operation of the proposed solution.

Interface & APIs –

The proposed solution is designed for seamless integration with the Bank's Alternate delivery
channels, including SMS and the bank's CBS. It will feature APIs for all Prepaid Card operations
and transactions such as Card issuance, PIN setting, Push transaction, Pull transaction,
Mandate registration/deregistration, Balance enquiry, Merchant registration, Transaction
listing, and more. Integration with the Bank's middleware will occur through standard
interfaces such as http API, REST API, MQ, socket, and Web services, accommodating message
structures in iso 8583, XML, JSON, plain text, or any other customized message structure as
specified by the bank.

DR Drill –

Finmeadows will conduct Disaster Recovery (DR) drills for the proposed solution, aligning with
the bank's schedule and requirements, and incurring no additional costs to the bank. These

DR drills are scheduled to occur at a maximum frequency of quarterly intervals. The DR drill
plan, backup plan, and proposed timings will be shared in advance and require approval from
the bank at least one week before initiation. Any precautions necessary for the bank will be
communicated at least four days prior to the DR Drill. Following completion, a DR drill report
will be provided for submission to the auditors. The Recovery Point Objective (RPO) for
planned DR drills is set at zero, and the Recovery Time Objective is targeted to be less than
one hour. Finmeadows is committed to providing necessary support to the bank during DR
drill activities.

Encryption/Security/Logging-

The proposed solution is designed to support TLS 1.2 and above, ensuring secure
communication. Server-to-server communication will occur over a secured port. The solution
is equipped to support encryption algorithms like triple DES and offers 256-bit AES encryption
for data at rest at the Data Center (DC) and Disaster Recovery (DR). Additionally, it ensures
encryption for data-in-flight during replication, with no anticipated future cost implications.
Sensitive data defined by the bank will be stored in encrypted form within the database.

Audit trail reports for transactions will be available upon request from the Bank's internal or
external auditors. Audit logs will be maintained at both the application and database layers.
Transaction logs will be logged in both a flat file and the database, with provision for archiving
logs based on the bank's requirements (yearly or quarterly). These logs will be maintained in
an encrypted state, following a standardized format for ease of parsing. Log settings will be
configurable solely through the front end, ensuring that no transactions are performed
without logging. Any configuration changes will be logged comprehensively.

The encrypted logs will be visible exclusively through the front end or a designated tool
provided for log viewing. Interfaces exposed by the solution will incorporate robust security
mechanisms to thwart unauthorized connections. All interface calls will be logged in both a
flat file and the database. The interfaces can support the encryption/signing of transferred
data. The application software is designed to mitigate Application Security Risks at a
minimum, and the audit logs are suitable for forensic evidence.

Version Control –

The proposed solution will be equipped with an effective version control system, and
Finmeadows will maintain a distinct version record. Any modifications to the version will be
communicated to the bank in advance.

Uptime –

Finmeadows commits to ensuring a system uptime of 99.95% for the proposed solution at
both the Data Center (DC) and Disaster Recovery (DR) locations throughout the contract
period.

Regulatory Compliance -

Finmeadows commits to adhering to all guidelines set forth by RBI, and any other relevant
government agencies applicable to the proposed solution. This includes compliance with any
subsequent amendments to these guidelines. In the event of alterations to the guidelines by
any of the mentioned authorities, Finmeadows pledges to comply without imposing any
additional costs on the bank. The proposed solution is open to audits by RBI or any other
regulatory authority. Any observations made by these entities will be addressed by
Finmeadows within the timelines specified by the regulatory agencies, with no extra costs
incurred by the bank.

Audit Requirements-

All audit logs will be activated, and encryption and security features mandated by regulatory
bodies, including RBI, will be implemented. These logs and security measures are subject to
potential audits by the regulator, sponsor bank, or third-party auditors appointed by the bank
or regulator. However, no more than two such audits are anticipated annually. Depending on
the arrangement, Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) Audits may need
to be conducted periodically, either by the bank or Finmeadows, as agreed upon. Any
identified vulnerabilities must be addressed within one week of notification, in addition to the
ongoing maintenance of security measures by Finmeadows. Furthermore, Finmeadows will
commission a source-code audit review, encompassing VAPT, EAPT, and server hardening,
through an external agency accredited by CERT-In.

Upon request, the code review document can be shared with the bank prior to going live.
Finmeadows commits to providing and implementing solutions that address all audit points
raised by the bank's internal or external teams during the contract period. This will be done
within the agreed timelines and without incurring any additional costs for the bank.

MIS/Monitoring-

The proposed solution aims to furnish comprehensive reports concerning cards,


encompassing risk management and various analytical reports presented in both data and
graphical formats. All data will be real-time, providing access to information up to the current
moment. The format and details of the reports will be shared with the bank during the
implementation phase. Additionally, Finmeadows will supply reconciliation reports along with
the reports, accessible for any specified date range. The front-end interface will incorporate
role-based user access for these reports.

Finmeadows will introduce a centralized dashboard that facilitates monitoring, management,


and configuration/modification of the entire card solution. This dashboard allows users to
search transactions using various parameters such as transaction ID, RRN, account number,
mobile number, reference number, channel ID, or any other fields as requested by the bank.
The dashboard will display the current system status and reports requested by the bank,
including:

 Number of cards processed from the start to the current moment.

 Number of transactions with unknown status.
 Number of failed transactions with associated response codes.
 Merchant/Aggregator-wise Value and Volume.
 Status of original and verification requests for a given transaction.
 Business decline transactions for the day/month/year.
 Technical decline transactions for the day/month/year.
 Daily/Monthly Downtime percentage with reasons.

In addition to the above, any additional reporting requirements raised by the bank can be
developed to meet specific needs.

Reconciliation –

The proposed solution introduces a reconciliation module designed to conduct reconciliation


among various components, including Bank CBS/other delivery channels, card module, and
bank transaction reports. It aims to generate a comprehensive list of transactions, outlining
details such as the total number of transactions, transactions with unknown status, failed
transactions, timeouts, and associated response codes. As part of the day-to-day operations,
the reconciliation processes will harmonize the data and calculate the net settlement amount
payable to or by the bank.

The suggested approach involves creating an interface to facilitate the uploading of raw data
files from the bank to the reconciliation system. This ensures that all raw files from the bank's
CBS and alternate delivery channels are exclusively uploaded through this system. To maintain
data integrity, logs will undergo comparisons with both actual data and the CBS log. The
transaction status will be meticulously documented with corresponding codes and
descriptions.

Any changes in the status of a transaction will undergo a double verification process, requiring
access credentials through a designated interface. Access to this module is extended to both
bank personnel and the service provider. The reconciliation activities will be jointly conducted
by Finmeadows and the bank. Compliance with the bank's stipulated Service Level Agreement
(SLA) for reconciliation timelines will be diligently observed by Finmeadows and the bank. The
reconciliation efforts encompass transactions originating from all delivery channels.

Alerts/Notifications –

Alerts/Notifications for System Exceptions, Connectivity Interruptions, and Service Outages


will be delivered. Configurable notifications for Business Violations and Transaction Failures
are also available. Customized SMS/Email alerts will be issued in accordance with the specific
requirements of the bank.

Planned maintenance –

Finmeadows will provide the bank with advance notice of any planned maintenance, ideally at
least three days in advance.

Roles and Responsibility –

The distribution of Roles and Responsibilities can be negotiated and finalized based on the
comfort level of the Bank.

Nevertheless, Finmeadows anticipates deploying and managing the end-to-end solution on its
premises, overseeing all technical operations associated with the business. Finmeadows will
seek the Bank's assistance in Settlement and in executing the complete business model,
including onboarding various offline and online aggregators/merchants, depending on the
bank's comfort.

Other Important Points & Revenue generation

 The current hosting for data storage resides on the cloud using reputable vendors such
as AWS (Amazon Web Services). Nevertheless, Fin Meadows is open to considering
solutions proposed by the bank in alignment with its risk policy.
 Fin meadows is capable of providing APIs for diverse services to both merchants and
the bank.

INR 1.5 million and more

 The above fees do not include taxes and other statutory liabilities.
 Ongoing Service fee will be billed at the end of the month.
 Out of pocket and travel expenses not included;
 Does not include Scheme/Security certification charges;
 Does not include Switch integration update charges which are significant in work
 The payment terms are defined as per mutual understanding
