During recruitment process, The employees must undergo initial

Screening process by TCFM technical team. After successful completion of
2 screening, they will allow for Interview process with Flex team with the
TCFM Signed reviewed letter copy

The following document requirements for HVAC/N2/ Compressor to be

prepared for review
3 i)Machine History reports
ii)AMC Service reports
iii)Critical spares stock list

Instead of FM(TCFM) who is involving in preparing the reports, Technician

4 need to be developed for report preparation activities. After report
generation, review can be done by FM

5 Multi-skill employees need to be developed
