If you could not open the program by double clicking
on Executable-Jar File use these alternative ways;

Alternative run ways of the program;

1- Rename *runbat file like *run.bat and double click.
1- Rename *run2bat file like *run2.bat and double click.

if you could not open it by using alternative ways there

must be error about your java.

Probabilities are;
1- There is not java in your Operating System
2- There is very old java version is installed on your Operating System
3- The installed java on your Operating System is corrupted
4- The java settings of your System is corrupted.

Suggestions:
1- If you have not java install it from java.com freely or from any other resource.
2- If your java is very old you can uninstall old java from Control Panel/Add-
Remove Programs"
and you can install new java from java.com freely or from any other resource.
3- If the java is corrupted try second way (uninstalling old java and installing
new java).
4- If the settings are corrupted you can correct them. If you do not know anything
about to do it, you can try 2. way (uninstalling old java and installing new java).
