Homework is an essential part of the learning process, and at Oceanview Education Centre, we

understand the challenges that come with completing it. As students, we often struggle with
managing our time, understanding complex concepts, and finding reliable resources to help us with
our assignments. It can be overwhelming and stressful, especially when we have multiple subjects to
focus on.

At Oceanview Education Centre, we strive to provide our students with the best possible education
and support. We believe that homework should be a tool for learning, not a source of stress. That's
why we have created a platform that offers personalized, high-quality homework assistance to our
students.

The Difficulty of Writing Homework

Writing homework can be a daunting task, especially when we have a limited understanding of the
subject or topic. It requires a significant amount of time, effort, and concentration to produce a well-
written and informative assignment. Many students struggle to meet the expectations of their
teachers and often end up feeling frustrated and demotivated.

Moreover, with the increasing workload and pressure to excel in academics, students may find it
challenging to balance their homework with other responsibilities, such as extracurricular activities,
part-time jobs, or family commitments. This can lead to a lack of focus and productivity, resulting in
incomplete or subpar assignments.

middle school, Oceanview Middle School was granted Initial Accreditation by the Western
Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) for school year 2007-2008 for a three (3) year term
ending June 30, 2011. The concept of self-learning begins in the lower grades and increases
incrementally into the higher grades. Appropriate intellectual and creative stimulation takes place
whilst essential concentration skills are developed. As we usher in a new era of the Center, the focus
has turned to a new Humane Education and Pet Encounter Therapy Complex. The curriculum is
critically and continually refined in order to ensure academic excellence. Our RFP outlined the
following potential uses for the school buildings. This project involved the design and construction
of these new facilities at five (5) different locations and demolition of the older existing facilities. At
a public hearing on Monday, January 23, 2012, public praise of the project was received. First, there
will be both a sidewalk and trail system connecting the property to the main OceanView campus and
surrounding the entire block from Falmouth Road to Lunt Road to Middle Road and back to
Blueberry Lane. It can also be partitioned for use by smaller groups. A fresh combination of
students, teachers, counselors, support staff, and administrators emerged. It would allow for an
expansion of sidewalks, trails and other pedestrian opportunities throughout the neighborhood and
would offer increased support and use of the Falmouth Flyer bus service. Lessons are planned to
create a fun atmosphere where learning and creativity can bring joy to all who enter the computer
lab. Third, we show the replacement of cottages 11 thru 20 with a town home style building. After a
two year period, they recommended that the town residents consider building a “town center” on the
property to include a new town hall, a community center and a library. Building on the same
footprint of the original building, the entirely new construction took 1.5 years to complete and made
major updates. In 2019 the primary school was completed when we welcomed our first Grade 7
class. There will be multiple meetings and opportunities to share their ideas, comments and concerns
about the plan. In January 2017 the school's status was changed to a Primary School. It will combine
many of the positive civic-minded qualities of the original “town center” concept with the assurance
that the property will not be developed for commercial or non-compatible uses. Special attention was
also given to the existing design and construction of the surrounding buildings as well as the
specific needs of the local neighborhoods and businesses for the new school construction. This
approach saved valuable time and money during the development of construction drawings. Upon
completion of Southern High School in 1997, Oceanview changed again into a new middle school.
The first portion of the much-needed renovations, began in 2009 and included introducing a new
small animal veterinary hospital, as well as a new administrative building. Oceanview Middle School
educates the children from the villages of Agat, Santa Rita, and Umatac from sixth grade to eighth
grade. The surrounding communities are Piti, Asan, Nimitz Hill, Santa Rita, and Umatac. All learners
are encouraged to participate in Music (percussion band, guitar and recorder), Drama, Chess, Dance
or Art. The material is chosen to challenge learners to extend knowledge and apply information and
skills gained, in order to work productively.

Marketing and launch of elements of the master plan would begin in 2013 and would be phased in
over the next several years. I always wanted to. But I still need to apply to UCT with my June

thru 20 with a town home style building. For this reason, and as a result of many conversations with
our residents, OceanView owner, John Wasileski felt strongly that many of the components of the
“town center” concept would be an excellent reuse of the property. Eventually, a version of this
recommendation went to voters in the form of a referendum in June of 2011. After discussions over
the summer of 2011, the town council decided to issue a formal Request for Proposal (RFP) from
parties interested in acquiring and redeveloping either a portion or all of the school property. They
listened intently to discussions, and watched a variety of demonstrations with great interest. Our
medium of instruction is English and we offer Afrikaans as our First Additional Language. Second,
we show a new wing on the main lodge building. At a public hearing on Monday, January 23, 2012,
public praise of the project was received. After renovations, it was converted into a high school for
school year 1982-1983. Learners are taught skills to use ICT to enhance their educational progress
and to equip them for the evolution of technology in order to prepare them for the future. The first
floor houses kindergarten through 1st grade, while the second floor houses 3rd through 5th grade.
The first portion of the much-needed renovations, began in 2009 and included introducing a new
small animal veterinary hospital, as well as a new administrative building. Its current location under
our Pavilion is fully exposed to the elements and the program’s teaching trailers that are too small
and lack storage. Upon completion of Southern High School in 1997, Oceanview changed again into
a new middle school. Although it is less formal, it is carefully structured to equip children to face
future demands of formal education. This detailed, multi-phased success story is a testament to S.B.
Ballard Construction Company’s due diligence in working with the local communities, City and

at the kennels, was created to be environmentally responsible and inspiring at once. This early, gentle
introduction to school is highly beneficial. The natural lighting strategies represent very cost-effective
and energy saving techniques employed in modern schools. As the home to Falmouth Community
Programs, it will include a wide variety of fitness, education, entertainment and other activities. New
playfields are located along Mason Creek road and can be utilized by the surrounding Ocean View
Community. There will be multiple meetings and opportunities to share their ideas, comments and
concerns about the plan. The concept of self-learning begins in the lower grades and increases

a safe, loving, and fun Christian learning environment for children of all backgrounds. The learning
communities area consists of classrooms grouped together by grade level. Providing an open and airy

our original vision and hope for the site — we envision a vibrant future for the school property that
complements our existing campus, allowing for smart growth in an attractive, green setting. Finally,
the current stone dust playing fields will become a town green with a gazebo. After a two year

Oceanview Middle School educates the children from the villages of Agat, Santa Rita, and Umatac
from sixth grade to eighth grade. The process of addressing issues and resolving problems requires
patience, resourcefulness, and determination. This is invaluable for assisting learners to take
responsibility for their own learning. The buildings, cottages, roads and sidewalks are all preliminary
and conceptual, but it was important for the RFP process that we provide the town with a potential
vision for the expansion of OceanView onto the school property. On Tuesday, Jan. 17, 2012, the
town council issued a public announcement that they were recommending that the town select the
OceanView RFP. During this same time, the town staff met with the various parties to ask questions
and refine the proposals. We have been learning, playing, and growing together since 1983. Parents

exposure and visibility to other animals when moving through the facility was of critical importance
to maintain a quieter, less stressful environment for all human and animal occupants. Our medium of

community center on the edge of the campus was particularly attractive as it would be a major
convenience for OceanView residents and a source of new activities, partnerships and programs.
This “town center” concept would also create a center of activity and services for our residents
