A: GM. How can I assist you today?
B: Hi. It was the first time I got to Ha Noi. Can you recommend some tours/famous
attractions (for me)?
A: Of course, but how long of this do you want?
B: I’d like a one-day tour.
A: So I recommend a one-day tour around Ha Noi City. When participating in this
tour, you will have a chance to visit the historical sites of Ha Noi as HK Lake, One
Pillar pagoda, and HCM Mausoleum; enjoy a Vietnamese traditional lunch and attend
a water puppet show.
B: Wow, so fantastic. Can you tell me more details about the schedule?
A: Of course.
The tour starts at 8 in the morning with visits to the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and
the Presidential Palace, you’ll spend 2 hours visiting here. After that, you’ll explore
the One Pillar Pagoda, an iconic Buddhist temple known for its unique architecture.
Then, you'll enjoy a delicious traditional Vietnamese lunch before continuing to the
Temple of Literature and the Vietnam Museum of Ethnology in the afternoon.
In the evening, you'll have lunch at a local restaurant, explore the charming Old
Quarter, and attend a water puppet show.
We’ll return to the hotel at approximately 9 p.m.
B: Sounds like a fantastic itinerary! What is the price tour?
A: The price tour is $100 per person, which includes transportation, guide services,
entrance fees to attractions, and lunch.
B: That's very reasonable for everything that's included. I'd like to book the tour for
my family, three people, please.
A: Yes, Miss. I’ll arrange for you now. Could I have your name and your phone
number?
B: ……
A: Perfect. Your tour is booked. We’ll pick you up at 7.30 a.m. You should be waiting
