As per the UGC regulations on curbing the menace of Ragging in Higher Educational Institutions, 2009 the Anti Ragging
guidelines circulated by the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Higher Education Department, Government of India,
University Grants Commission, New Delhi, Government of Rajasthan, Jaipur and the direction of Hon’ble Supreme Court of
India, we have constituted an Anti Ragging Squad in the college. Those students who are found to be involved in ragging
activities will be expelled from the college and F.I.R. against such students will be lodged in the Local Police Station. Students are
advised to inform about such cases to any member of the squad.

B. Students can deposit the fee through Demand Draft by generating challan from the college website
www.subodhgirlscollege.ac.in and deposit it at any of the HDFC Bank branches.
3. Fee if deposited through Demand Draft will be payable to the “ S.S.Jain Subodh Girls College , Sanganer, Jaipur”.
4. Students should write their Name/ Class/ Father's Name/ Form no./ Mobile No. at the backside of the Demand Draft.
5. Admission form should be duly signed by the parents.
6. Fee once deposited will not be refunded.
7. The last date of submitting the application form without late fee will be notified separately on the notice board. Fresh application form
will be accepted, provided seats are vacant.
8. After admission, students should collect the fee slip. I-Card can be collected ( after 15 days) from the office. Students have to carry their
I-Cards regularly to the college.
9. The number of students to be admitted in each course will be decided on the basis of the rules of state Government. The applications
of only those candidates will be accepted who fulfill the minimum qualification in the desired stream.
10. Form for the caution money should be duly filled after the final examination from July to August, thereafter the amount will be
dispersed from October to December, failing which the amount will be transferred to the students fund.
11. Uniform is compulsory for all students.
12. Hostel Facility is available within college campus.
13. For any further information, students can refer to the prospectus of the college.
14. The Principal reserves all rights to cancel the admission on disciplinary / other grounds without any prior information.
15. All the disputes are subject to Jaipur jurisdiction.
