Guidelines & Requirements:
COMPETITION BRIEF

This film competition offers a valuable opportunity for filmmakers to showcase

their work, gain recognition, and propel their careers in the industry. These contests
span various genres and styles, enabling creators to delve into their unique
narratives and unleash their creative visions.

Eligibility

1) Participants can submit more than one film, with a separate entry form of each
film.

2) Every film that is submitted needs to have English subtitles.

3) Works-in-progress will not be accepted.

4) The emails will only be sent to the selected movie Films. There won't be any
rejection letters sent.

5) If there is a disagreement, the individual who entered the film has the right to
appeal to the Festival Director, who will have the last say in the matter.

6) Participants should be currently enrolled in an Undergraduate or Postgraduate

program at any Indian Design Institute or University.

7) All Participants should have a bonafide letter from the respective institute.

The maximum duration of films will be as follows: 

-The maximum duration, including credits, for both fiction and non-fiction will be
30 minutes.

-The maximum duration for animation and visual experiments will be 5 minutes
Films finished between January 1, 2023, and March 30, 2024, only, will be taken
into consideration
Only preview materials that will be approved are links and online screeners.

Following the online application submission, you will receive an email with a link
to submit the submission fee
Participation fees: Rs. 200/- per entry

Guidelines & Requirements:
Contest condition
By submitting entries, participants agree to all the contest conditions outlined in
the call for applications
Participants also consent to the public presentation and promotion of their
entries and prototypes for the purposes of the Festival and contest
The prize is not transferable. The Prize winner is not entitled to any monetary
compensation
Multiple entries from a single participant are allowed. However, a project,
whether individual or team-work, can be submitted only once
The organizer will not reimburse any costs connected to participation in the
contest for the authors of entries
The Grand Jury will reject all incomplete or unsuitable applications. They will
disqualify any applicant who breaches these conditions, submits false or
misleading information, or in any way violates the integrity of the contest
The organizer is not responsible for errors related to the website, network, or
other communication malfunctions that could cause applicants to miss the
deadline
Copyright is guaranteed in accordance with the Law on Copyright and Related
Rights. The participant guarantees to be the exclusive owner of the copyright
(moral and material) to the work and that no third party has copyright or other
intellectual property rights that would result in challenges or legal claims
against the organizer of the contest. The participant assumes responsibility for
any third-party claims that may arise from authorship and plagiarism.
