GENERAL GUIDELINES

• Each college can participate in all the 9 Events subjected an individual can
maximum participate 7 events.
• The Choices available are:
o Choose any one event out of Moot Court Competition, Parliamentary
Debate Competition and Client Counselling Competition.
o Students are free to participate in the remaining 6 events.
• The Language of communication in all the events shall be strictly to English except
Street Play
• All the participants should report in the meeting 15 minutes before the start of the
competition. The participants not reporting on time will be disqualified.
• The Organizers reserve the right to change the date/platform or any rule and/or
frame any additional rules.
• Students shall wear formal attire or their respective college uniforms during the
competitions.
• In case of any dispute arising out of or during the course of the Event, the Indore
Institute of Law will have the sole and absolute authority and its decision shall be
final and binding.
• The participants should ensure that strict discipline is maintained during the
event.
• The participants would be required to keep their cameras on during the time of
presentation/Participant's turn in the competition, failure to do so shall be a
ground of disqualification.
• The entire competition will be conducted on Microsoft Teams app, the participants
will be oriented on the usages of the platform by the organiser two days before the
competition. It is mandatory for the participants to attend the orientation session.
The organisers will not be responsible for the technical glitches on side of the
participant.

• For communication of the essential details and itinerary, organisers will create a
Whatsapp Group. In case the participant leave the group or is not available on the
Whatsapp, the organisers will not be responsible for lack of communication.

REGISTRATION DETAILS

Registration can be done by filing the student registration form by all participating
students individually. The google form should be duly filed and the screenshot of the
payment should attached.
