1. BUSINESS B2B Meeting (By All LOs/ Zone): JAN-DEC


• Organizing Business Exchange(B2B) meet at LO level before/after GB meetings.
(January, February, April)
• Female centric B2B meetings to empower women entrepreneurship. (March)
• ConductingB2B meet at Zone Level during Zone Events. (May – June)
• Organizing Inter LO/ Inter Zone B2B Meets. (July)
• Joint B2B meets with local chambers. (August – September)

2. ABLE: ACADEMY FORBUSINESSLEADERSHIP&EXCELLENCE


Business training program to enhance the skills of business persons.

• Participants:Max.75, including 5 from other

• Registration fees: Rs.18,000 +GST per participant and corporate Rs. 25,000+GST.
• Corporate participants should be promoted.
• Faculties should be minimum National Trainers &must be leading Business
Trainers.

3. KAMALPATRAAWARD:AT ZONECON & NATCON


• Honouring one JCI member for his professional achievement.
• Eligibility: Zone level winner are eligible to contest in National level with JCI (age18-
40years).
• Duly filled nomination form, one-minute achievements video, and supporting images
should be sent to busns@jciindia.in within 15th October, along with YouTube link
/Google drive link.
• On selection, the one-minute video shared by the winning contestant will be
displayed at
NATCON. Quality of the videos will be pre-checked and only approved videos of
winners will Be played. It is recommended that the video is made by a
professional. An entry may be disqualified in case of poor quality of video.
• Promotion by LOs/ ZP/ZD/ND/ NC/NHQ

4. Membership &participation with National Chambers of Commerce: JAN-


DEC
Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI),CII or
Other National Business/Commerce Organization/Associations

a. Continue JCI India membership with FICCI


b. JCI India can promote relevant events of various National Chambers of Commerce
c. JCI India can participate in events of various National Chambers of Commerce
through authorized representatives, either in the virtual or physical form
d. Promotion by ND/NC/NHQ

5. CYE (Creative Young Entrepreneur) Award-LO/ Zone/National Level


The Creative Young Entrepreneur Award has been constituted with a vision to
promote Innovation in the field of business. In this competition, young
entrepreneurs would be required to make & present a business plan/ idea that
confirm to one of the following criteria:
• Innovative New Business Ideas
• Innovation/Creative developments in existing businesses

The participating young entrepreneur will have to present the Role of Innovation in
their path to success. The best business plan/ idea would be honored at the
National Level and the winner will get opportunity to participate in international
CYE contest.

Details of the National CYE Competition of JCI India:

• Period: To be launched in January-February &completed within 30thApril

• Application Fees: Rs.4,000+18%GST


• Minimum50andmaximum200applicantsfromtheentirecountry.
• Format for sending in the entries to be shared at the time of the competition.
• Open for Jaycees and Non-Jaycees
• The event will be held in multiple rounds.
• Language of the event will be in English only.

Format for sending Entries:

All participants will be required to submit an application form and a 1 minute good
quality pitch video, along with a participation fee of Rs. 4,000.00 plus GST. The fees will
be paid to JCI India directly only through the online mode. The application form will be
required to be submitted in addition to details submitted during online registration.

The different rounds of the CYE contest will be as follows:

Round1:
Entries will be divided into groups (One group will not have more than 8 entries) and
each group will be reviewed by a separate panel of judges having business expertise.
Each panel will consist of 3 business experts who will judge the entries (application
forms) separately. In this round the judges will conduct a “qualitative evaluation” of all
the entries. The application will be judged on the following parameters:
1. Completeness of the Application Form
2. Quality of the Pitch and Quality of the Video
3. Whether information provided in the application form are comprehensive
4. Whether the entry is relevant to the CYE competition.

All entries passing the ‘qualitative test’ will qualify for round 2.

Round2:
After the review of the entries, each contestant will be asked to make an online
presentation of 3 minutes each before a panel of judges. The participants will have the
freedom to present their idea/ business in any manner of their own choosing. One online
session will have a maximum of 8 participants. Each judge will evaluate a maximum of 4
sessions. No two sessions will have all the judges in common.

Judges will be allowed to ask questions to the participants after the presentation.

Maximum Time Required Per Session in Round 2:

8 Entries x (3 Minutes Presentation + 10 Mins Judges Questions) + 6 Minutes for other


Agenda

= 8 Entries x 13 Minutes + 6 Minutes

= 110 Minutes

= Approximately 1.85 Hours per session

Participants shall be judged on the basis of the following criteria:

1. Uniqueness of the idea/ business


2. Viability
3. Scalability
4. Marketing Research and Knowledge of the participant
5. Returns as evaluated by the judges (not as claimed by the participants)

A total of 20 entries will be selected for the final round.


Training:
The top 20 participants will be invited to attend a one day online orientation workshop (2-3
hours). During this training the judges and business experts will guide the participants
to better curate their ideas/ entries, and for better presentation in the final round.

Round3 (Final Round):


THE FINAL ROUND TO BE CONDUCTED PHYSICALLY. ONE NIGHT STAY TO BE PROVIDED
TO THE PARTICIPANTS AS WELL AS THE JUDGING PANEL/ INVESTORS.

Each of the finalists will be asked to make a 5 minutes presentation to the panel of
judges. Each panel will consist of 3 judges. All 20 final presentations will be made to the
same panel of judges on the same day. Each judge will be allowed to ask the participant
multiple questions. 3 Mins will be allocated to the audience to ask any question at the
end of every presentation. Interested Jaycees wishing to attend the final rounds of the
CYE competition as audience will have to pay a registration fee to be decided by the NGB.

If possible, investors will be invited to attend the final presentation of their choosing. If
so, 5 minutes will be allocated to investors to ask questions at the end of every
presentation.

Based on the final presentation and after evaluation, prizes will be awarded to three
winners.

Awards:

The 3 winners will get:

1. Free Natcon registration with stay.


2. The ‘CYE entry fees’ for ASPAC and World Congress will be made free for the 3 winners.
3. The 3 winners will also receive trophies and certificates.
4. Minimum Cash prizes:
a. 1st Prize: Rs 25,000.00
b. 2nd Prize: Rs. 15,000.00
c. 3rd Prize: Rs. 10,000.00
Any additional cash rewards will be decided based on the number of entries received.

6. BUY FROM A JAYCEE

FIRST HALF FORTNIGHT - (APRIL 16th-30th, 2023)

SECOND HALF FORTNIGHT – (JULY 16th-30th, 2023)

(The pilot program of 2022 to be taken up as a regular national program from


2023)

Program Objective: “Every Jaycee Member should make all their purchases from
another Jaycee member only, as far a possible. A Jaycee member should provide
the best rates, products and services to a fellow Jaycee member.”

• The program will be open only for Jaycee members


• Reporting will be done online through the membership portal only
• The program will be open throughout the year
• Only those Jaycee vendors can participate who have registered their businesses on
the JCI India Membership Portal
• Monthly toping members, LOs, Zones will be announced
• Special award and recognition plan will be followed during the BUY FROM A JAYCEE
FOTNIGHTS.
• Promotion by ND/NC/NHQ/ZP/ZD Business

7. BUSINESS EXPO BYLOs/ZONE: JANUARY TO OCTOBER


Two Days Business Expo

• Tie up with local Chamber to organise Business Expo at LO/Zone to provide marketing
opportunities for Members/Non-Members (Buyer/Seller Meet)
• Vendor Development meets with support of DIC/ MSME/ NSIC (Check for any financial
assistance from Govt. Of India).
• HonouringOutstandingBusinessmanofeveryLO(fromamongthemembersoftheLO)
• Business Stalls by members
• Business Awards &Recognition (Best presentations, Best Stalls, Unique Products,etc.)

8. JCOM -Jaycees Chamber of Commerce: ALL ZONES: JAN-DEC
To provide a wholistic business growth platform to Jaycee members.

cus and agenda.
• Zone/ Table Level Recognition: A suggestive plan to be shared with all Zone Chairmen
and Table Chairmen
• Promotion by Zone/National Chairman JCOM/ JCOM Zone Chairmen/ JCOM Zone
Board
• Tie-Up of JCOM with other Chamber of Commerce
• ENQUIRY PORTAL to be operationalized: Facility for any Jaycee member to post
requirement (for purchase only) on JCOM portal/app. The data will be available only
to all JCOM members to be able to service.
Subsequently, we may also provide a platform only for JCOM members to post
products for sales.
• JCOM Hour will be hosted every week (Sundayfrom11AM –12PM) where eminent
speakers will address a webinar. This may also be used for JCOM SHOWCASE, and for
sharing JCOM SUCCESS STORIES. Any Jaycee member may join the JCOM Hour.
• JCOM Q&A Session will be hosted every week (Tuesday from 9PM – 10PM) where any
doubts regarding JCOM will be cleared, and any suggestions for JCOM may be
forwarded. Any Jaycee member may join the JCOM Q&A Session.
• Three National Board Meeting in a Year (March with Coaches Workshop – June/July –
December with Natcon)
• National Board Travel Claim max Rs. 15,000/-
• One Coaches’ Workshop (Physical in March)

• Three Online Coaches’ Update Programs for existing Coaches (April after Coaches

10. Privileges with JCI India Membership Card:
• Zone/LOsshouldintroducevariousprivilegesforvalidJCIMembershipCardholders.
• Businessmen who are JC members may offer special discounts/ privileges on
production of a valid JCI Membership Card. List of all such willing Jaycee
Businessmen should be created and shared in the Zone and with the entire JCI India.
• LO level benefits to be enrolled by May (Round 1) and September (Round 2).
• Zone level benefits to be compiled by June (Round 1) and October (Round 2).
• National level benefits to be compiled and shared by July (Round 1) and November
(Round 2).
• JCI India will circulate the list of all participating Jaycee Businessmen (as received
from different zones)to all Jaycees of JCI India once in every 6months.
• Validity of a JCI India Membership Card should be ascertained by using the JCI India
Mobile App.
• JCI India may provide the opportunity to participating Jaycee Businessmen to upload
their own data/offers of JCI web portal. Such offers will become live after approval.
• Later on tie can be made with Malls/ Banks/ other Retails stores to accept our
Membership Cards as benefit cards.

11. Web Portal to support BUSINESS Search Option: JCI India: JAN-DEC
a. JCI India Web portal has a feature for Individual Members to update their contact
details, their photo, address their business details, their products and services.
b. Members with Valid JCI India Membership ID should be motivated through a
recognition plan to login &register.
c. SEARCH PORTAL: This will allow JCI members to login and search for businesses of
other JCI members and connect to each other. The possibility of developing Business
Search into a mobile app to also be explored.
d. To increase direct business connectivity within members of JCI India
