1. Put control panel TNP board’s SW1(AUTO/INS) on INS to make manual mode.
2. Door should be fully OPENED (Door open limit(DOL) Signal OFF)
3. Gate, Interlock SW should be turn OFF.

 This value can change pressed amount of sensor by inserting liners

 F59 Error : abnormal state of LS board’s setting.

(default : 1 , ±0.3 ~ 0.8)  only down direction.
 Then, up direction roll-back can adjust TQ_BIAS_OFFSET Value.

1) Potential meter installation
 Normally, when we install potential meter, it is consist of 2 pieces.
 When installing the potential meter, insert the liners so that the sensor is pressed by 1~3mm.

 Make sure that the both jumper pins are used to the PM side and T-RES side.
 Connect the terminal of potential meter to LoadCell B’d.
 Connect the CN5 connector of the Loadcell B’d to the CN_T21 or CN_T23 of the CTC-3 board.
 Check the LED status.

Normally, 50~80% of TORQUE GAIN value can solve rollback phenomenon.


So, when by changing torque value, to check valid value according that
whether the T/M sheave rotates to opposite direction or not.
