a very attentive listener who asks relevant questions to fit Susan Smith’s responses. As for
Susan Smith, I can infer that she is an excellent employee. First, Susan Smith can be inferred
to be an ambitious person who wants to advance in her career. This can be clearly proven
when she says she’s looking for a better compensation package as her previous company
seems to be quite slow with promotion. Second, Susan Smith is also very confident with
herself. She is able to relate how good she is at doing her work when she talks about her
past experience. Next, I also feel that Susan Smith is probably a person who appreciates her
boss and has a positive mind by the way she explains about her previous boss. Also, I think
that she is most likely to be creative in dealing with her clients and has performed very well
in her previous company. Therefore, based on the details, I can conclude that Susan Smith
will probably get the job, enjoy working in the company, perform pretty well and get a
promotion.
