DEAR MA’AM JERIMAINE,

Greetings of peace!

I am Emmanuel B. Almoite, an intern for a Bachelor of Science in Criminology from CELTECH-

Olongapo.

I am writing you this letter to inform you that my OJT school assignment at Balic Balic IS difficult
for me.

First, I've been finding it difficult to commute because I still need four rides away from the house
where I live which is located in Purok 3 Wea Homes, Asinan Proper, Subic, Zambales.

In my desire to complete my 100 hours-OJT as required on time and according to the specified date,
I hopefully don’t want to arrive late for my evening classes and not be able to attend because of
sickness.

I want to ask your good office for permission if you can change my school assignment to Sta. Rita
Elementary School. I hope you consider my situation and my request.
