● Received funding for a year-long project aimed at increasing civil discourse in Delaware to confront political
polarization and organize the 2024 SNF Ithaca National Student Dialogue event.
● Invited to present at the iMEdD International Journalism Forum in Athens on the role of local journalism in a
democracy.

● Synthesized qualitative sociological data from a Census Bureau questionnaire about self-identification rates of
various ethnic groups. Drafted a comprehensive memo of findings, which contributed to the coalition's joint FRN
comment to the Census Bureau.
● Analyzed 14 years of FBI hate crime data proving the cyclical nature of hate crimes during election years and the
specific groups that were impacted during each election, contributing to the “Cause for Concern 2024: The State of
Hate” report.

● Supported the Business Ethics Team with supply chain ethics and procurement policy consulting through human
rights impact assessments.
● Produced a 7,000-word risk analysis for corporate partners, compiling labor violations in Australian prison labor
policy and providing recommendations for continued engagement.

National Religious Campaign Against Torture Washington D.C.


Program Consultant (20 hours/week) June 2022 – September 2022
● Worked with the Director of U.S. Prison Programs on State and Federal policy work for solitary confinement reform.
● Launched the “Humans Out of Solitary” media campaign, a collection of 30 interviews with survivors of solitary
confinement in U.S. prisons, to build public awareness of policy challenges. Featured on HBO’s Last Week Tonight
with John Oliver.
