result in regulatory approach rather than targeting on real process development.

find it difficult for implementing and maintaining ISO 9001 as it requires time, capital and
personnel.
3.Support for Change: Changes associated for Implementation of ISO 9001 may be
resisted by Employees because of fear of greater workload, changes to settled processes,
or misunderstanding the benefits of these standards.
4.Continious Development: High Value on Continuous Improvement is placed by ISO

organization as it demands a shift in Mindset and engagement to regularly improving
process on routine basis.

and stressful. Organization may struggle to consistently prepare for audits and meet the
required Standards.
6. The One-Size-fits-All Approach: ISO 9001 is a universal Standard designed to apply to
any organization, regardless of size or Industry. Some businesses believe that a one-size-
fits-all strategy does not effectively address their specialized demands or sector
standards.
7.Scarcity of Flexibility: Some businesses may see the standard’s Strict structure as
overly perspective, particularly to those in compelling industries that require flexibility
and versatility.

8. Prioritize Documentation over Result: Critics says that organization may focus on
prioritizing documentation to achieve the requirements laydown by ISO 9001 without
actually improving the quality.

competitiveness. The effectiveness of ISO 9001 implementation is determined by the
organization’s leadership engagement, employee involvement, and the incorporation of
quality management principles into the organization’s culture.
